Grade 12 College Bound Seminar: Applications and Aid On Wednesday, September 9, ECHS Student Services will host the Grade 12 College Bound Seminar. The presentation will be from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. in the American Spirit Theater. This will be for both parents and students. We will go over critical information about a student's postgraduate plan, highlighting the four-year and two-year college pathway. We will go over the college search process, college applications, paying for college, and more!

Make-Up Picture Day Make up Picture Day is Wednesday, September 23. There will be announcements over the loud speaker for timing: Seniors at 8:30, Juniors at 9:30, Sophomores at 10:30, and Freshman at 11:30. Senior Cap and Gowns Cap and gown ordering has begun! Here is the link to order a cap and gown. This year the ECHS cap and gown unit is $32.95. This includes, cap, gown and tassel. Flex Parents: PAST DUE! ISMA If you have a student enrolled in ECHS Flex, please take a moment to fill out the Independent Study Master Agreement
(ISMA). The form will need to be signed digitally by the parent and the student. Please select the student’s homeroom teacher from their schedule as the Teacher of Record. We are required to have this document on file for every Flex student. If you have any questions about the ISMA, please contact Leanne Megna at lmegna@echs.org.

Scheduling Questions and Requests Students with a schedule change request should fill out a green form which can be picked up in the Front Office or D-202 (top floor of the Student Services Building). Note: Specific period or teacher requests cannot be honored. CLP and TCP students who have a question regarding their class schedule should check in with Student Services. For students with last names beginning with A-G: Mr. Prodan, (D205). H-O: Mrs. Collier, (D203). P-Z: Mrs. Withem, (D204). All students, regardless of program, have counselors based on this alphabetic split.
College Visits ECHS will be offering on-campus college visits starting in September. Some college reps will be out at lunch in the quad area to meet our students, and pass out information about their school. On Wednesdays or Thursdays, college reps will come to campus during WIN Time to present information about their school to our students. You will need to sign up ahead of time. Please check back regularly for the college visit schedule.

Common App Workshop On Thursday, September 17, the Student Services team will be hosting the Common App Workshop. If you are planning on applying to out of state schools or private schools within California, this would be a great workshop for you. Sign up here. Town and Country NHS will be continuing to work with the Town and Country Retirement community this year, and we start on Tuesday, September 8. This community service opportunity will run from 3:45 - 5:00 p.m. every other Tuesday, weather permitting. California Scholarship Federation—Apply now! The California Scholarship Federation invites all 10 to 12 grade students to apply for membership this semester! CSF is an academic recognition society, and members can be eligible for scholarships and honors at graduation. Students need to complete the application using their Spring 2026 grades. Bates Nut Farm Seasonal Hiring Outreach Bates Nut Farm is officially kicking off seasonal hiring for their upcoming Pumpkin Festival, and they would love to welcome ECHS students to their team! This is a fantastic, fast-paced opportunity for students aged 16 and older to gain valuable customer service experience and earn extra money in a fun, high-energy environment. They have part-time, temporary openings from late September through October for cashiering, retail support, pumpkin patch activities, tractor driving, and farm help, with flexible weekday and weekend shifts available. China 2027 and Galapagos 2028 Are you ready for an adventure? Come join us for Travel Night at ECHS where Mr. Prodan and his team will be sharing about wonderful educational opportunities to travel the world. In the Summer of 2027, Mr. Prodan and his team will be taking students through China and in 2028, Mr. Prodan and his team will be venturing to Ecuador and the Galapagos. Volunteer Opportunity at Unicare Hospice Volunteering may include visiting a hospice patient in a board & care facility, with the goal of providing a companionship visit. This would include briefly "charting" a visit on our charting portal after meeting with a patient, meaning more medical-field-leaning students may be more interested in this opportunity. Robotics Robotics 5 Credit After School Class: We have started a new robotics year. We have a lot to do to prepare incoming freshmen and the team for the new game in 2027. New Team Members: We will be meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Flex building room I-101. We have closed membership at this point.

Community Service Opportunity Heritage Elementary's ACE Program (formerly known as ELO-P) is looking for high school volunteers.
